So what exactly is a Jynx Dumpling?
Jynx Dumplings are a European styled dumpling with ground meat,= wrapped in a dough casing that is then sautéed on a skillet with butter. As of October 2024 we now have TWO flavors: our original ham dumplings and our new (and equally delicious) turkey version!
What possible allergens are in a Jynx Dumpling?
Possible nutritional allergens include meat products (pork/ham or poultry/turkey), gluten (flour/breadcrumbs), and dairy (butter).
I bought some frozen Jynx Dumplings at the farmer’s market, how should I prepare them?
Jynx Dumplings are fully cooked, so reheating them is easy and safe to do at home! You first want to defrost them, and this can either be accomplished by moving them from the freezer to the refrigerator to sit overnight or by microwaving them approximately 30 seconds. Once defrosted, you will want to cut them in half and place them meat-side down into a preheated pan with butter. Cook on low-medium heat until light brown, occasionally flipping to ensure even crisping on both sides. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
Can I order these online?
Currently no, but the goal is to expand into made-to-order frozen batches next year! If you want to be the first to hear about this, follow us on our socials or send us an email and we’ll gladly add you to our notification list when the time comes.
